I found a good niche the other day. One where I can probably do good in adsense but the only problem is that I dont know too much about the niche. I know how to build a blog or website to start off but I dont know what kind of content to put on it. I am really interested in adsense but I dont know where to begin. Ok this might not be a good niche since I dont know that much about adsense but I googled "toddler trikes" and came up with some good results but I dont know what to build my website off of. Someone any suggestions.

Don't start a website just for adsense, you will do much better if you write about what you know.
Also, toddler trikes has low advertiser competition and gets only 480 searches per month on google (average).

Given the lack of traffic in this niche, adsense won't do you much. However, since advertiser competition is low, you might want to consider signing up for an affiliate program for toddler trikes and sending some (adwords) PPC traffic their way.
