duplicate content question

    I am developing a site that has pages that are partly duplicate content, surrounded by other content.

    about 2 weeks after i create each page, the other copy of it that is on the net is removed by the other site. (they would remove it anyway, its not being removed because of me, also this is all done with permission via an api)

    my question is, will google still consider it duplicate content, or will it become original once the other site removes it?

    thanks

    jeff

    Well as per my experience, If you have removed content from other websites then duplicate content issues will be removed by next crawling...Do one thing, Check you page in Copyscape.com after crawl...

    Yeah, i know unique content is definately king.... but the situation i am speaking of is automated... and automated beats king every time (if done properly).

    The interesting thing is the site in question has requested that their content not be cached, using
    <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">
