It's not 100% finish.
Please comment on these:-

-The pages?
-Does the color blends well?
-There's not much ads yet, please suggest where should i place them?
-What about the pictures?
-Any other comments?

I think it is laid out well, im not a fan of the logo, but really any design looks good to the ordinary user..so as long as you have good content..you should be good to go..

 

Wow, it's very rare to see fitness sites that are high quality. Usually they are all outdated or spammy.

I think your layout is very slick and easy to navigate. Im a believer in being able to get to anything within 3 clicks and your site does that.

If you going to add a links page let me know as I would be interested in trading likes with other similar sites that I own.

Add heaps of content and you should have a lot of success!

 

I like the logo and the overall color scheme of your site

In my opinion, you can place your advertisement especially Google Adsense, directly under the lead article box.

I would also like to suggest you to place bullets for your news feed as it is confusing for your readers to differentiate each piece of news...

I really like to test for the ads placements, I've been testing alot to get the highest CTR. But i don't want the ads mess with the main index page. I'll probably add the ads at the side bars.

And thanks for the bullets tips.

Usually most effective AdSense placement = F-like structure (top-horisontal, left-vertical and in center of text). However your template is too good to be ruined by those "classical" ads spots (but still horizontal block at top of article may work well).

 

Site looks pretty good...Good concept but I think you could experiment with colours.

I like the site all the way around!! Its nicely built and has enough content for return visits.. I like your structure also.. good work! I would suggest that until you start getting enough traffic... like 500-1000 unique visits a day, that the google ads you have and the placement of them are completely adequate... too much ads at this time might degrade your site! Nice flash incorporation on the top right also!!!

 

The title (in the title tags) is not capitalized. Also, it looks like the articles in the left column is not justified where the articles in the center column are. Neither should be. Justify is for block quotes.

Love the nice clean look. Gave me the same feeling I'd get when first walking into an upscale Gym. A fresh clean place I'd hang out in.

 

Wow... You did a really great job with this website. I love the layout and how you integrated Peel Away ads into the site. Have you thought about using an Adsense Video ad where the Featured Video is? That is my only suggestion.

 

I like your style, the page lay out, the color scheme...

I'd like to see the placement of the ads moved, I don't have a place for you to move em, I just know I don't like where they are now.

 

If anyone is interested this is a public wordpress theme called http://www.der-prinz.com/2008/01/20/wordpress-magazine-style-theme-branfordmagazine . It is a very slick template for wordpress, great for what he is trying to accomplish. I like the ad up in the right hand corner (i wanna learn that) that is an awesome touch. I think if you follow with what you are doing the site will look great. Not a fan of the logo either. I say lose the drop shadow or bring it in more and lose the highlight effect you have on the letters. You want it to pop but right now it looks like it is hiding. Good job so far.

 

The site looks professional, the logo, the theme, the layout and the content is
excellent. The only thing I would recommend is to moving your adsense ad closer
to the top of the page. Good luck with the site.
