Pay per lead + Instant Approval?

    I am looking for a pay per lead program that accepts members instantly & has good payout rates.
    Paypal payment will be an added advantage.

    I don't think any CPA network will approve instantly,may be some adult pay per lead networks.

    I think getjimmy is right, I use EasyDate thats has good pay rates for leads and sales and your account is approved instantly.
