    I mean... I don't want to sell vouchers, I just want to give them for free to users who signup in my ISP...

    I think you will get it by buying directly from Google. Similar to web hosting companies I believe they all buy vouchers from Google as Google won't give anything to anyone for free.
    Just IMHO!

    try it by email google as I'm sure these hosting companies get them at a huge discount, no way they pay anything more than 5% of value, besides Google know they will get their money back on vouchers, post how you go and let us know what Google say.

    you can get the voucher if you graduate from their adwords university thing AND already have managed a certain amount of adwords campaign.. i forgot the exact details.. you can look it up in adword help files..

    OK I found out how to get them. You need to manage a minimum of $1000 USD / mth for 90 days plus become a Google Adwords Professional which mean setting a 30 - 40 open book exam all about ...you guessed it.. Adwords.. pretty good value though as they pretty much give you unlimited $100 vouchers as you need them.
