    How about:
A box in the admin where people can report bad ads.
If an ad get 2 or more people reporting it, the ad is automatically suspended until further investigation?

In the mean time, a pharma ad on network: vitamins dot healthpersonalcare dot com

I don't think OTC vitamins runs the problems pharmacy advertising might. What was the term pointing at the URL?

because I would assume that even LINKS to sites in casino, pharma and adult would be banned, else its a huge loophole.

I really think people need to fully check out each link on each site... I can help review ads if needed.

I would not consider all ad's pharma just because they are related to a supplement or herbal/vitamin based product. Herbal supplements are neutraceutical as opposed to pharmaceutical. However I do agree on getting rid of the viagra and prescription drug scammers.
