Hidden Gem of a Niche Blog for sale

Hi I have a blog in the preppy niche for sale. I put a lot of time into it as a personal blog but I lost interest as I could make more money writing content, since it was just one site. I wrote this in the beginning as a personal blog so that's why it took me a lot of work, but it shouldn't if you just put some content on it every couple of days.

How old is it: Started around June 8
Revenue so far: $10.27. Best day I got $1.16. Adsense began to perform once I listened to others' advice. Unfort at that point I got busy and stopped updating slowly.
Daily visitors: When it was updated every few days I got 180-220 a day. So about 6,000 visitors a month.
Has about 90 backlinks
After only about a month it has gotten to 814,104 in Alexa ranking.

I have 23 unique articles all with great content, tons of comments and thousands and thousands of words.

Some one with better SEO skills than me could turn this into a really profitable site. With just my novice skills, it ranked in the top 50 consistently for the words preppy and preppy blog.
I never spent a dime on advertising. All was done through yahoo answers a few directory submissions and Facebook groups.

This is a great site people! Traffic jumped 50% when I made just a single post for the first time in a couple of days. With posts every few days you'll be making far more money than it is now!

As you can see, traffic rose when I posted and fell slightly towards the end, when I didn't. So with some steady content posts this site will rise significantly. All traffic getting methods that I used were free, like I said.

Got to admit you made my day with "preppy" niche. Haven’t heard that one before. Hove do preps respond to it anyway? I wonder if they realize they're preps

Its actually a really great niche. Marketing is a sinch cause theres a ton of people searching for things, and its reallllly easy to post in Ralph Lauren or Lacoste facebook groups, because that is the kind of thing people are talking about. Plus the people are really dedicated to coming back and reading. A lot are proud to be preps so they respond well.

Also its kind of a small niche, so getting near the top of the search engine rankings was not too difficult even though I had no experience with SEO when I started this site.
