Urgent! I need to pay a programmer a remaining $4 but just found out that I've reached my sending limit with Paypal as an unverified user. I've finally added a credit card number to my Paypal account, but will have to wait for the code to arrive in the mail before I can verify my Paypal account. If you can help me out by sending a $4 Paypal payment to this person (and possibly $16 to another person a few days later (may not need this, depending on how soon I can get verified), I would really appreciate it.
