i hope this is the right section, i have some domains that i think will sell good if i find the right end-users, anybody know a site, forums or just about any place where i can let these end-users know that i want to sell these domains?

some of my domains are :

    macaubusinessclub.com
    realtymagnate.com
    markettycoon.com
    gamblinglords.com

google you terms, find out who would be interested and email/call/send a letter to them. that's the way to contact end users.

Those are pretty good names. Developing them would yield better results than throwing them away for dirt cheap prices.

If you are keen on finding end users, rather than developing,
make sure to put up some min-sites.

*The good ol' phone-book is also a good place to locate potential end-users...
or any database with business listings.

If you are contacting one end user at a time, I recommend putting up
visually attractive 1-5 page sites that have something relevant to
that user...something to support your sales pitch and make the see
    what could be.
You'd need to change or tweak the site with every new end user...
but it's worth the work, in my opinion.
