Wow, I really cannot see how you can ask for such a high price when it has 6 working links and only 1 person registered on the forum. Granted the theme is appealing, no web designer on DP would ask for $500 to make it I wouldn't imagine.

 

The links "Tutorials", "Strategies" and "Download" don't work.

 

in fact I bought this site on DP for $500 and had plans to develop it, but now I need cash thats why I am selling it..
if you think that no designer on DP would ask such a price then you are wrong.. after I have bought a site there were a lot of comments with regret that I snapped the site..

if I can not sell the site for $500 i am happy with keeping the site

 

Site is way to expensive considering a lot of stuff doesnt work plus no traffic / rev. Maybe develop it a little and then try to sell if you are asking for that much.

With the lack of traffic and members on the site i can't help that feel that the site is not worth more than $80 as that would be the price i could have that template made...

If you think about selling it for that then you know where i am.

Your asking price is completely unrealistic, and - if you really did purchase this site for 500$ - you were ripped off. The design is O.K (and by O.K, I mean that it's nothing to get excited about), but the site has no content, nor do the forums. If you're transferring the vBulletin license packaged along with anything, you might be lucky and get somewhere along the lines of 200$.

Does your site have any traffic? Revenue? Any hidden perks that lead you to buying it for 500$?

 

I bought it because of the domain name and design.. for me is easier to buy it then deal with all the programming BS.. I am pretty busy and do not want to waste my time on that.. Ok I can get a programmer who will do the design, but I have to look for him, I have to check it out, corrections blah blah, if I spend more then 4 hours of my time on this site, it does not worth it for me any more.. economically does not worth it.

the site is on the first page of google for the keywords "poker help" and it is just PR 0

 

Plus all the content is just copied of wikipedia.org.. seriously not good. the site is worth what the template is worth. $120 max

 

lol i love people who think their site is worth unrealistic amounts of money.......$100 would be stretching it.

That site is not developed but a design goes a very long way.

Even if the VB license was included, I don't think it's worth $500.

 

I find the $500 asking price to be a fair value. Clean, pro design with a decent domain. A good poker player could throw their tutorials on that site and do well. So for the muppets coming in here and saying the value isn't that are just adsense seekers. They require built in traffic and content. They understand nothing about domain name and design value.

The design with logo alone is worth $300-$400. Unfortunately this setup is outside my budget for a poker site or I'd snatch it up. Good luck with the sale if you lower the price again for a quick sale let me know.
