Looking for a Designer (Anime Site)

I'm looking for a designer to design a website for an anime club. The design has to be artistic and colourful, and if possible, web 2.0-ish. I'm willing to spend up to $60 (possibly more depending on your design). If you are interested, please PM me with a sample of a site that you have designed.
