Generally its very fast when i upload a file to my website for it to post or update, however i have a created a page for my WordPress blog, and it takes a LONGGG time for the page to update the changes. Does anyone know why this would be and/or how to fix this?? Thanks!

Disable wp-caching plugin in WP if you have it enabled.

Also clear your browsers cache. You can do this by going through the tools/options/preferences and clearing 'Private Data', or by mashing the F5 key a bunch (joking, but it can work if you're lazy like I am)
