I have an idea. What if you did a map about all the crap you and all the American bashers out there WOULDN'T have if not for us? Yeah, I bet that would be a pretty funny map, too.

This is getting old and predictable. Well.. it's been old. You call it a joke and then talk about us if we get offended. The truth is, you guys really think that about us.. or you wouldn't write or come up with such things in the first place All of it should be changed to "pussies" if you ask me. We're a liberal democracy and a republic. To correct someone who calls the U.S. a democracy is just being pedantic.

It's funny that a lot of this stuff tends to come from the UK. They criticize us as being arrogant, chauvinistic and simple minded and in the process of doing so they demonstrate their arrogance, chauvinism and simple mindedness.
I wouldn't color the Europeans as pussies, though. If we were more like them the "uninhabited" green section would probably be full of stars and stripes as well.

Ok, now only I've got a point why americans don't like Iraq / Afghan.

 

We are based off of and our founding fathers original intent was a REPUBLIC, if you even look into the meanings they have blurred over the years.

In all intensive purposes we are NOT a democracy, it can however be argued we have democratic principles, much of which is why these other forms of 'cough' democracy have been established in terminology.

I am being honest and keeping with what our country was founded upon, not letting the masses to state over and over that we are a democracy to blind us to the reality, shift the definition and believe it whole heartily.
