Well, one thing about adsense is that, never ever expect to make a lot of money in the early stages. Many people complained about the same thing and the actual fact is that, it takes time for your site to get established and filled with contents. Sometimes it is also about hitting the right notes and using the right strategy. To me, $10 is still an achievement.
I think people are greatfull they are earning money from Adsense, of course they care how much they earn but just happy because they are earning something!
Adsense in my opinion is for those with a medium size traffic monthly ranging from 100 000 - 500 000 visitors. But I have a few friends that only earn around 400$ a month with adsense with 200 000 uniques a month, it`s bit dissapointing because that traffic should be converted in at least 2000$. As for sites with huge traffic, private advertising should always do better than adsense. Guys don`t forget traffic doesn`t mean huge adsense earnings , there are lower paying niches, and high paying niches , that the way it works.
many of them are not from the developed country and 300$/month is a good amount of money for them especially if it's just from a parttime work that require to do nothing at all.
$10/day of passive income is really good imo that pays for a lot of bills...especially girlfriend bill
Happy with $10.00 a day? Hell, I'd be grateful if I could average $2.00 a day at this point. Obviously that's not my ultimate goal, but I've got to start somewhere, right?
Adsense is an entry point to make money online. then move to affilates to get more money once you understand the online market. You can become a millionare by making your own products/service and use the affiliates to sell you products. Most probabaly you will fail If you develope your own products in the first place without understanding customers and market. So Adsense is not bad. But dont stop there. Move on...
I think of it as extra income, $10 a day is great, gives you money for the weekend or even to add to your savings. If I was doing it full time, I would want more of course, but until then I will be happy with what I make. Not only that, the things I have learnt about SEO and certain aspects of website making are pretty much priceless.
Its pretty relative, isn't it? $10 a day here in the UK is nothing but can be a king's ransom in Botswana.
As long as money is comming in who cares. That $10 dollars a day will give someone the drive to increase it.
Many people are doing full time day jobs + they have few websites. If all of their sites make some money like $10 per day, then that would be extra money for them.
$10.00 a day for someone like me in Canada or the USA = a Car Payment for example. I am sure most people have a day job like me.
I try to make a lot of sources of income. I'm a web designer which gets me most of my money, but having $10 a day plus another $5 a day from something else is just extra and it all adds up.
