Help me Start a Proxy Network!!!

I am a newbie in the proxy niche, heard many are earning good with this.
I have few domains just idling in the rack and plenty of time on hand, so thought of starting a proxy network.
Guide me from the basics please, i need to start from the scratch.

# Which proxy script is best recommended by you all?
# Should i be using the same script on all my domains?
# Is there any automated thingy that creates proxy sites on all my domains?
# Do i have to update the sites regularly?
# What do i need to do in order to make the network successful?

Any other suggestions and comments are highly appreciated.
I am looking to start the network on around 20 domains.
