    It has to be very very low traffic site, if you can catch single click. When I wake up, my click count is hundreds above...

    Stop fooling around... 19$ a click for you is only 40% of the cost to advertiser so it should really cost 50$/ click as adwords take 60% to itself.

    you really should read the whole thread, it has been pointed out that the user altered the original screenshot using some javascript trickery and changed it after he was discovered.
