I think I understand the sandbox thing and I think its related to the pageranking. I am guessing the new pagerank is the end of July but nobody seems to know. Can anyone put me straight on it and if I sound stupid its because I am a newbie of 3 months so plz help me.
Google updates whenever they feel like it lol. Nobody really knows the exact dates of updates, i know that is really close because of many threads saying that it will come this month or somewhere next month, but thats just what i seen around here.
Sandbox and page rank are not related except they are both about links. To get out of the sandbox you need many subject relevant links. To get page rank you need links from hirer ranking pages. The only commonality is that you need links but if you have only one link and it's PR10 your page can be PR 8 and still be sand boxed if the subject of page linking to you is not the same as yours and your keyword is very competitive.
PR updates are almost "Mythical Creatures" in the world of SERP, everybody says they see one, but nobody seems to be able to prove it. That being said, there seem to be lots of signs that a PR update is coming... well see.
surely different datacenters will update at different times? i mean it would be amazing is EVERYONE noticed a differece at the same time? i would guage that it would be staggered process meself
I have seen some updates over the past few days on most of my sites and I believe that data centers may update at different times though also.
My pagerank has continuously climbed over the past week now. Maybe they update more often than we think?
