As far as i have experienced, i would recommend that you should buy hosting only from the established big players and not from just anyone.. My own example: i bought hosting from iwebsglobal.com for a cheap amount. And i got a 50 percent discount using their coupon. I paid $15 for 6 months. But i sincerely believe i would have been better with a good host like Hostgator at $60 for 6 months (if i may monthly) and still be in profit. Recently my site wasnt available for 2 days. and the guys out there just say sorry politely.. Your visitors think the site is dead when its not available. And even if it is available, it takes 5 times the normal time to load... So thats a big waste of ad revenue as visitors go away.. Its a big loss... They have refund options but its difficult to get a refund really.. SO my advice: dont go for cheap webhosting. Choose the webhosting only from Top and established web hosting companies..

I would agree with that in a way. Cheap hosting is good for somethings. I think the answer is to pay for the quality of webhosting you need. If you need business class hosting, with 99.95% uptime, then pay for it, in the long term you won't regret it. Would you skimp on the quality of anything else if it was vital to the running of your business? Even some "top" webhosting companies arn't very good when it comes to some things so you have to be careful there too...

Can you expect good leads from your products website if your landing page takes twice the normal time to load? My experience shows that a cheap webhost leads to 30% decrease in your page views and this leads to about 25% drop in adsense revenues. Calculate everything before you think of saving a couple of dollars on hosting costs.. good luck..

Why go with Geeks and Co? They're hosted at hxxp://versaweb.net/ VersaWeb seems to be more professional, more secure, and just better. I wouldn't ever do business with Geeks and Co.
