Can Someone Help Me Find Out Where These IP's Are Coming From Please?

I keep getting these IP's from Amsterdam that I have no idea where they are coming from, they eat up a lot of bandwidth every time they hit my sites. I keep blocking them but I keep finding new ones all the time. Am I getting attacked by something? Any help you guys and gals could lend would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

go here : http://www.arin.net/whois/ and you will see it is all from the RIPE network, they have been hammering me too. now ripe is a Internet resource distribution in the RIPE region. which means parts of europe and africa. You probably dont want to ban the entire ripe network, but you may want to ban individual ip's, that is what I did. It's a real pain in the *** . I'm open for suggestions too on what to do about the ripe network hammering my sites.

From wikipedia "The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC) is the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) for Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.

An RIR oversees the allocation and registration of Internet number resources (IPv4 addresses, IPv6 addresses and Autonomous System (AS) Numbers) in a specific region.

The RIPE NCC supports the technical and administrative coordination of the infrastructure of the Internet. It is a not-for-profit membership organisation with over 5,000 (as of July 2007) members located in over 70 countries in its service region."

So basically it is spammers hiding behind the ripe network as a way to mask their ip's, I think, hell I don't know lol.

Do you think they can click bomb from those IP's? I wonder if the traffic that I keep getting from those areas is why my account got disabled? I keep blocking those IP's and they just keep coming with new ones, I don't know how to stop it. My sites are Real Estate related in the US, I shouldn't even get that traffic? If this was why I got my Adsense disabled I think it is real unfair of AdSense to not even try to understand that I don't know how to block the 100's of IP's that they keep sending. Not that they all come at once, they are only a very small amount of the traffic I get, but they do burn the most BW. I didn't ask for this crap....grrrr....
