    and it is 590 in alexa

    So ??

    I myself understood that Google accepts warez ONLY with sites that would benefit it =)

    i am not sure. Because i am bit confussion whether adsense team are strict in their tos or in their earnings. Till your site do provide good revenue to adsense their will not be problem

    Adsense do accept warez because these files are store on another server such as rapidshare.com These site only link those file and i don't think adsense can ban them.
