Adsense Scammed Me!!!

Hi.
I've been with adsense for about 4 months now. I've never changed the way i have had adsense on my site and have never clicked on my own ads.
On 14th July 2008 i tried to log into my account and it said i had been suspended. I sent them a message asking why and they sent back the following:
'Thank you for providing us with additional information. However, after thoroughly reviewing your account data and taking your feedback into consideration, we have re-confirmed that your account poses a significant risk to our advertisers. For this reason, we are unable to reinstate your account. Thank you for your understanding.'

I cannot believe they have done this. So far i have only earnt about $70 and have to reach $100 to be paid and now i am gonna lose this and not be allowed to use it ever again.

They won't even tell me why. I think they just try to take advantage of the people that aren't earning much and scam you. I'm so angry they have done this for no reason.

Has anyone else had anything like this before?

There will be a reason, they just haven't told you.

Yes, it happens to almost everyone who has traffic that isn't going to convert and/or breaks the AdSense terms.

 

I have had a low earning adsense account that hasnt even earned $100 in two years. It is still alive and well. No scam here!

There's a reason, they just won't share it with you. Why? Because if they shared every reason they had to ban someone. Then scammers (not saying you are one) will then have a heads up on what measures google uses to ban people.

It sucks for you dude. It really does. Such a shame they won't reconsider your account.

I guess i'll have to say it before everybody else does.

Google normally says that after somebody had written in and ask for a reconsideration.

Does this mean that you have received ample warnings from Google about this problem?

This is the first time its happened. Had no warnings or anything. Is there any other places that do ads like adsense?

 

Did you email google adsense with an angry email afterwards? Or a sad email? Cause thats not a good idea. You want to send them a very professional email, they do not deal with emotions.

 

you should try out Tyroo or Kontera they also pay high for clicks on ads...Am using Kontera also along with adsense and i get $0.08-$0.34 avg CPC.

Ok thank you i will try kontera. I just asked them why they closed it. Wasn't being angry or sad or nasty. They are a complete waste of time now. You would think such a big company wouldn't be such idiots when it comes to littler things. Thanks for your comments.

 

adsense didn't scam you... someone else scammed adsense through your site.. lamers do it to peeps accounts all the time for fun... you probably don't know who did it but googles program is nice at catching these things... maybe think about increasing the traffic before you end up adding ads again from an alternative... get some nice content and push peeps to the site before you worry about ad revenue, which right now isn't that significant... think about.. how do I get peeps to be interested and return to my site? ...grow.. then the rest will come in time..

 

Thank you for you advice. I'll try that. I struggle a bit to get traffic in with limited funds but will explore other ways. How do you get traffic to your sites? What can you recommend to get targetted traffic?

 

i heard that if you have several sites in one account, google would usually give you a warning which specific site of yours are having invalid clicks.

 

They didn't give me any warning at all. I've got adsense on about 16 different sites so gonna have to change them all now to take it off. They just closed my account and wont tell me why.

 

Adwords is a good start. Btw, content is the king of web and seo becoming its coffee house.

They warned me once but after that my account is in good standings.

 

You can call adsense at 16502530000 or fax them a letter at 16502530001.

Just explain what happened and hopefully things will be fine.
