    Hi,

A few weeks ago I paid for a service on 2checkout, I paid by credit card using my PayPal account.

I didn't hear anything from the seller, now I'm wondering what I should do if I want to get my money back, what would be the simpliest/fastest way ? :

    - contact my bank and do a chargeback ?
    - open a PayPal dispute ?
    - contact 2checkout ?

    Thanks.

open a 2checkout dispute if they support because the transactions occured via checkout.

I once had a problem, having paid with 2CO, and they refunded my credit card in just 2 days, no fees invoved. I just contacted them, and they did everything.

If all else fails open a dispute with PayPal they will try and contact the seller and if they get no response which they probably won't then you need to escalate the matter with PayPal. PayPal will send you a email and this needs to be done within the date range they specify or else the matter is then dropped and your hard earned money will be lost :(
