Making a lot of money through Adsense

My site is www.soccerengine.net

I have been working hard at my traffic over the last couple of months and am now getting around 60 visitors per day.

My adsense earnings are next to nothing!

I hear people on the forum saying that their sites only earn $1.50 per day and I would be happy with just that.

I know great improvements can be made just with positioning etc.

Can anyone suggest any improvements to my site to get more clicks.

Any help you can offer will be much appreciated.

Does anyone own a site in the same niche that makes any money?

 

You need more traffic. 60 a day is nothing. Sign up on a soccer forum and make relevant post with a sig link...
The ads look like they are in good failry nice areas...

You need more traffic,try to write more quailty content for your website.

 

Those ads in the header will not work with such low traffic. Put those somewhere else. Test, test.....at the end you will find out that "in your face" works best

Nice site and ads are good placed all you need is more traffic or quality traffic. I used to have a blog with 500 visitor per day and 0 click = 0 earning!
I sold it here in DP and guess what! The new owner made 3$ from the first day lucky guy.

 

I like your site dude, it has great potential. To be honest with you, one of my blogs makes about $1 a day with 1000 unique visitors a day. So you’re doing just fine, you just need to increase traffic to your site. Ad placement in header is excellent, but the square one should go in a higher spot. Replace one of the images with it. And just keep posting ad nauseum. Read up a little on keyword density and about finding right keyword phrases. You’re on a good way, just don’t give up before you make it.

 

You should try getting more traffic, its the most obvious thing you can do dude. Umm, submitting to directories, social bookmarking, blog posting, things like this can be a big help. PM me and I might have some social bookmarking or directory submission services for you.

one thing is constant though, never give up. be on the fighting end and soon enough your soccer site will be worth it.

 

i believe you can get your success. try to improve more quality content. if you want more traffic, i suggest write the contents using your fresh idea. never copy from another articles. you can get more clicks. trust me.

You have an excellent site and it looks professional. Are you advertising your site anywhere (adwords) I think if you just spent $50 a month on advertising your site you could earn $200 a month from adsense. Thats just my opinion.

 

very professional, and nice layout. definitely has potential. I would suggest making some posts on related forums, perhaps building some backlinks, and if you can, invest something back into your forum for advertising to attract visitors.

 

First of all you don't have enough traffic yet but the site design is awesome. One of my sites that gets about 50 uniques per day usually earns me maybe 1 or 2 clicks if i'm lucky. More like 5 clicks per week. Also, great design but your lead in stories are too short. your ads should be somewhere in the content of lead stories. Sadly, I've found that visitors RARELY click the "read more" so it's good to have the story right there in their face without having to click. You can verify click habits via Google Analytics > Content > Site Overlay.

You need tons of traffic. Use article marketing and blogs to improve your SERP position.

Always remember only one in 100 clicks on ad,so you need to get atleast 500 visitors per day to make your site aleast earn $2 per day...

 

Get your ads somewhere in the middle of the page where people can click on them...
