    Hello.

    I am wanting to sell my web programming/coding forum.

    You may notice the link is broken...well that's because the site is not developed yet. I have the site files but no forum yet! :D

    So basically, this is a great opportunity with a great domain and plan included to run your very own web programming/coding forum.

    I bought the domain/site here several months ago and never got the chance to develop it. I'll include the Microsoft Word document outlining my plan to develop this site FOR FREE to the buyer (no start-up costs besides hosting).

    The domain is registered at NameCheap - free push to your NameCheap account.

    The seller chose to ignore information enclosed about my work hours and that payment will be provided on sunday afternoon.
    PLEASE do not sell this domain to anyone else as i have agreed to pay the BIN.
