    Well one is not from Mumbai. Don is from Gujarat and he is 270 KM away from Mumbai. :D

    Well as said hire quality posters from Paid Posting Company who can give you quality posts in fix duration and you can esnure some good posts so new people will also make posts over there.:)

    maybe you could start the threads that invite or draw members attentions to participate. 1200 member is a good amount that could make some money for you. be a bit more creative about the thread and topics then you should be fine.

    Well, I would pay someone to make you a new banner because your current one is a little... Eh...

    Also, you could buy like a Best Buy gift card or something and have a posting contest. Whoever gets the most posts within the time frame, gets the gift card.
