PHP Programmer needed - Content creation system needs to be coded

Hi,

What im looking for is someone who can code me a content creation system for my community.
Each user will have their own blog so what i need is, see screenshots.



When clicking add image, should be a pop up.



As you see its taken from wordpress, this is just to show how i want it and what features. I dont want anything to be stolen from the wordpress code or any other code.
This requires javascript aswell.

I want this to be in OOP PHP 5, i dont want any newbies on this code cuz it needs to be clean and commented.

This should be fully coded and working, you dont have to do the output scene cuz thats whats im going to do.

You will be designing the database aswell.

Please get back to me with price and the amount of hours needed to create these pages.
