phpbb forum move gone wrong!!! can anyone help

    Need this sorting quickly guys...heres whats happend..

    This forum was on shared hosting on webfusion.

    I made a new account on my vps server and added this site

    I used phpmyadmin to export/import DB from one server to the other.

    Used ftp to copy all the files on the server to my new server

    Changed the DB username/password etc

    pointed my DNS to my vps server

    All should be fine yes...NO

    I get this when i try to view the forum....

    #!/usr/bin/perl
    print "Status: 302 Moved\nLocation: http://www.webfusion.co.uk/holding/?os=linux\r\n\r\n";

    Or, a popup window appears asking me if i want to open/save the file

    Whats gone wrong, any can it be fixed ?

    I think the forum itself is sorted but the directory on it is still knackered.
