there is 10 person well trained skilled man here, how to use them?

their salary is very low. in USA, if you hire somone to do blackhat job, there is impossible, because salary is high. but i can do it. could you give me some clue to how to make most use of them? what i think is "spam digg" i will let they register different account on different ip in all days. i do not know if it work. what other job they can do?

I mean some seo method need human hand to do, but salary in USA is too high to complete effectively. it has not limited to black hat techniques.

 

Blackhat technique is good only in a short term and there's no good effect for long term. If you hire people to do that, then why would you pay them to use bh technique. Pay people to promote your site using whitehat. This can really help your site in a long run.

 

when you are use black hat technique over to mark then your site is penalized to SE.

 

I'd avoid black hat stuff, it's only useful in the very short term say 1-3 months. After that Google or other search engines will penalise your site and it will become that much harder to develop your site in the future. Stick will natural link building and SO optimisation

 

Natural link building is evergreen and can fetch more than any blackhat methods or spam..... all that matters is time and hardwork you put in.........to make a great site / blog / forum...

 

yes it's black hat. but if your very skillful why not use it as a white hat for long term purposes.
