i have been doing for 2 years and 3 months and yet to break that $100 / day mark.. Currently at $30-$45 mark per day..
@ mixke : It took 10-12 months to get me #2 or #1 and since then the word is: more. More content, more optimization, more links @ Tarakan: Focus yourself on 2 keywords and turn your site upside down: there is always something you're missing out and can be improved. @ web-fanatic: @ Abhik: Yes i did. Two years ago some DP fellow did exacly the same with me
So 2 years seems to be the time period needed for a website to peak so we are talking patience then. Well done btw !
@ Tarakan: Focus yourself on 2 keywords and discover what else you can do to SEO those keywords inside your site: trust me, there is always something you're missing out and can be improved. Crosslinks, more unique content related to those 2 keywords... title tags, image alt tags... you name it. @ silveraden: Not on my plans to quite my day job 2 salaries are way better than one!
Thats awesome news! Keep it up good fella... I know how hard it is to live up to the immense competition these days but it really shows that when you are dedicated enough, you can do it!
Maybe I didn't get you correctly or understand what it actually means. Care to elaborate? Does it have to do with comments page?
We tend to create layouts to be loved by our friends webmasters, right? Just drop it. Develop layouts for non-webmasters visitors That is all i can tell you. It has to do with mental games, color theory and action-reaction. it's just playing with human caracter, actually. Look, i'm teasing you guys with this subject, right? If i place an ebook to sell right now, you'll buy it, right? "the guy makes a ton, the guy is a pro, the guy knows everything...! i'll buy it and make a ton of $$$$...!" You have to do this at your site: make them believe through colors/placements/texts that you have something in there. And once they get teased, they react to your ads in a diferent way. Man, i'm breaking all my rules talking about this. No more.
