I need Help Making Money and Getting Traffic

Hello,

I own about 4 different websites that are currently active. I'm not making a whole lot of money off of them.

What are some ways and sites I can put my site on and I can get serious money. Without putting a lot of money into it like adwords.

I've tried adsence but It was a failure. I never got any clicks or money from it. I need to get a lot of traffic to.

I need some help on ways to help get me money and traffic for my site.

 

Adsense is good. It doesn't matter what ads you use if you don't market your site.

Try doing link exchanges with sites similar to yours
Submitting to a bunch of free directories
Digg it

I just visited the site in your sig - it's a site I would be interested going to (if it had more activity course) since I also do designing. So yeah, just market it more

 

try promoting your site thru social bookmarking. this will really help you!

 

Try using forum marketing to get traffic - just find a related niche forum and link to your site in posts. I do it in Digitalpoint and get 50-100 people to my site daily.

To get traffic you could submit articles to article directories, find other forums and provide quality responses, comment on blogs with a link back to the site, social bookmarking can also help. The key is to do it consistently and over time you will build up traffic.

 

Ok so how do I do the social bookmarketing step. I'm a noob at this.

making money on the site (conversion form visit to sale) look at more specific affiliate partnerships. a good CTR is 5%+ and a good conversion is at least 3% (if you are really niche should be double).

in addition to all the above in terms of traffic, have you thought about some automated feeder sites to help boost your existing site? If you are really niche you could give your site a plug on a relevant Yahoo! answers (dont go OTT here just answer a couple). have you got a facebook page, good to post details on that.

I tend to find that healthy and good quality links from directories are a great resource, and reciprocal links can be a good option if your not willing to spend to much money. I believe that you tend to have to spend money to make money so investing in adverts could be a great option to bring money in. But general brand awareness can help, so posting on forums and registering on directories will no doubt help.

If you have service or product just try PPC if not I suggest you getting rid of 3 of your site and promote just one!

 

If you want to make money online, the trick is to get as much targeted traffic as you can. For that, focus on the No.1 spot in Google SERP for your keyword.

 

I click on other people's stuff for research, but digitalpoint is a good place for get traffic because people here are always trying to be more innovated than the next guy. So people link, click, copy or innovate.

Try using the traffic exchanges to build your a mailing list using a squeeze page. I don't know what kind a website you have,but if you offer something of substance through your squeeze page you may get some followers. Once you develope a mailing list and start to send them messages you should alway end your messages with your signature and your website information.

If you dont have a list right now try using safelist as a form of advertising for your website, if your headlines are compelling enough people will click on your url.

The traffic exchanges and safelist will also increase your search engine rankings. By increasing the hits to your website the search engines will take notice.

The best advice of all is to get your website(s) optimized for the search engines.(Search Engine Optimization)
