100$ for some simple Joomla configurations!

    I will pay 100$ for some simple joomla configurations to the first person replying to me because this is an urgent thing.

    The tasks are:

    - Costumize the frontpage with something similar to www.ps.pt
    - Change some menus
    - Install and costumize some modules

    Is there anybody out there, really able to perform some taks in JOOMLA??

    I had few Indian guys saying that they would be able to do it but then they dissapear or they did a nasty job.

    For the Last time, is there anybody able to do this job honestly ?
