I need to find some freelancers, I did a Google search but so many sites came up.

So I just want to know what freelance site is the best to join? Which is the most popular and has the most freelancers and traffic? Thanks.

scriptlance.com absolutely. and then getafreelancer.com, elance.com, rent-a-coder.com

 

Al of them are the same for programmers in getafreelancer are the same people at scriptlance in most cases..

 

Be careful with Getafreelancer.com, there is a huge amount of scammers trolling around that website.

 

Elance is quite good. They have some good systems in place to protect all parties and mediate problems.

We use this one e-Lance.com as well and we build a lot.

Actually after a period of time convert these contractors into direct relationships. We have found great people here and have never needed to look elsewhere.

One hint that worked for us was to build a working relationship with the ones we hired and were compatible with. Nice people offer their services on e-Lance.
