My bottom site in my sig has been online for a week or so now, usually I get sites indexed by msn really quickly but this one has not been done yet. Anything I should be doing? Or just wait it out?

Yeah, start a complementry blogger blog about your site, and it's topic.

All I know is I everything I blog ends up in MSN. MSN eats blogger like I eat junk food.

im facing the same problem superpump... it took way longer this month to get my sites indexed ...but its been 40 days and they arent showing AT ALL for any of their keywords in MSN serps, although they have 500+ backlinks each, and on-page optimization is very good.

    :(

Browntwn is correct about Bill's fondness for blogger food .. I've launched several new sites as well as some new blogs this month .. all the blogs are in the MSN index while NON of my new domains are .. yet they all show backlinks. MSN is up to something funny this month .. (shrugs shoulders) .

lol  funny no signs of change for me neither! MSN is still the quickest at indexing new pages - just not many people use it to search! :D

Damn it :( MSN was the best for new sites . Now we have to wait months until we see some profit from our new sites :(

I can't agree with that. I made brand new site last week that had gone straight in to the top 5 of the SERPS for a couple of competitive search terms.

Matt, can you please tell us what you did to get straight into the top 5 of MSN serps ? How many backlinks ? What kind of sites are linking to you ( ex. directories) ?

The sites i made last month are indexed, with a great onpage optimization, and more than 500 backlinks from directories and 2 of my other sites, with the anchor text of my keywords.
But my new sites still not showing in msn serps for their keywords.

Please explain to us, if you dont mind.

Nothing special, just submitted to a couple of hundred directories, some one way links from other sites and some co-op weight to get it indexed.

It's currently ranking at #3 for London News amongst other terms.

I try to keep my anchor text varied and I think deep linking helps also.
