    Ya that's right. Google uses a complex formula to calculate PR. But simply put, it's the number and quality of inbound links and those of outbound links which are used to calculate PR.

    Traffic to a page doesn't increase it's PR. However, if you have high PR due to quality links, etc then odds are you will have good traffic. Obviously other factors come into play as well.
