I believe my ISP = SHAW CABLE , is messing with my bandwidth usage.
I pay for 100G a month traffic - usually don't use 50% but Torrents
lose traffic every 15-20 minutes; keep peer connections just no traffic for
10-15 miliseconds then start all over . So never ever reach full 10MBit speeds
or any high speed transfers @ all
