    hi i just created this site it has free templates for wordpress not lots of them but you can start with them few, the domain names its great, lets say its a premium domain. ( WPress )

    I dont have stats for this site, nor revenue, as i said its a brand new web site. You can add your own adsense code and stats code or script.

    It uses wordpress and a free template. (video and audio comments plugin included, ajax customized template, and lightly customized.)

    I will provide installation and instructions in how to add templates.

    no at all, they are free templates, the only thing would be to keep the developers link at footer , and keep a link to developer at the page , also giving the credits to them, unless its your own template.
