For about a week now I've been working on this site for a friend and I've been making dramatic changes. The gray on gray theme looks a bit dull. If you want to continue using gray, then adding some thin black borders might improve the look. I'd suggest hyperlinking the thumbnail images in addition to the text underneath. Most people expect thumbnails to be linked.

should add a lot more detail than just grey square boxes it kinda throws the site off cause it doesn't look as professinal or attractive as you might want it to be. Mabye less grey and mabye a white background.
