    • Config file available. Thus navigation, footer and adsense editing is just only in page. But you need to add adsense code for the first time in all the pages replacing mine.

    • As already told, this site has been designed using php, preferred by search engines to easily add content and also user friendly. This site's content is unique and will never be sold again. You will be the sole owner.

    This site has huge potential if promoted well. The site uses php which makes the life easier for adding new content in the future.

    All sites are designed by me with unique articles with ultimate keywords used.

    You need to just start promoting the site. Thats it :)

    Currently the site is monotised with Adsense but has great potential for adding clickbak, ebay store etc.

    Site is new and thus expect no income but once promoted well will yield good results.

    Some of the search terms that are currently being searched for baseball are give below. Look at the number of searches for keyword baseball :)
