    Hi.
    my site is down, so i cannot access my cpanel but i can access via ftp.

    If it is possible to transfer the site via ftp somehow, im willing to pay the person who will done that for me.

    It seems strange that your site can be accessed via ftp but not via cPanel. Have you tried accessing cPanel using the IP address? Also, do you know why it is down?

    You would have to get the database from the hoster. If you can find cheaper by all means do so.

    Your new host would probably move it for free or perhaps they would charge $10 or so. Have you asked them?

    FTP transfer won't get you the DB.

    Is your blog accessible? If so, there are few ways, the DB content can be transfered also.

    I can help you with this.

    i think if there's no way to access the db from cpanel, then you can use some ftp magic to get the structure of the db through PHP

    To get the database, there are three main ways:
    1) Database export from Wordpress Admin
    2) Database export from myPHPadmin
    3) Maybe an option to download databases in your host section.

    With just ftp, you can't get the database, and without database you can't get the wordpress site to work :(

    If you could some how manage to get the database, i'll do it 7$

    Here's an easy solution (to OP):
    1. Download mpanel
    2. Upload mpanel
    3. Go to mpanel using your browser
    4. Export the database

    Done. I am seriously sad at the low quality marketplace DP has become.
