    Hello,

    I have created some proxies using Glype script there are some problems with myspace and I can't login using the proxies, any ideas or suggestions ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Edit:

    I found a solution for this.
    If you are running the latest version of Glype and your proxy can't be used to login at myspace edit the /plugins/myspace.com.php file by replacing the code under this part:

    #############################################
    # EXTRA PARSING AFTER MAIN PROXY PARSER
    ##############################################

    with:

    #############################################
    # EXTRA PARSING AFTER MAIN PROXY PARSER
    ##############################################

    function postParse(&$html,$type) {

        if ( $type == 'html' ) {
            // Replace the > from the attribute
            $html = str_replace('return ($get(\'q\').value.toString().trim().length > 0);','return ($get(\'q\').value.toString().trim().length > 0);',$html);
            //fix the javascript log in button problem for now...
            return str_replace('title="Log In"','title="Log In" onclick="document.aspnetForm.submit();"',$html);
    	}

        return $html;
    }
    Code (markup):

    Really good guide.
    I know it's picky but you should change the font, as it's quite hard to read.

    May have something to do with the fact you used an obscenity in your domain name... Google frowns on this, and so do I...

    Thanks for the input Tom, I will pass that on to Andy and see if there is anything he can do about it.

    xternall, thanks for the kind words I will ensure Andy gets to see them. I also hope the premium listing is delivering some extra traffic for you.

    hello all. im totaly new here..
    had been research about proxy business

    i had some idea about this proxy business
    many thread say that the best way to monetize proxy is using CPM.
    CPM means $ every 1000 impressions.

    what if there are such condition:
    find at least $0.4 CPM (CPM rate are 0.2-0.3)
    then buy traffic from traffic provider
    let say there are 150.000 Visitor to your proxy site.
    150.000 = $45.00

    here is our profit
    150.000 visitor / 1000 impressions = 150
    CPM rate $0.4
    so 0.4*150=60

    profit is $60-$45=$15

    my questions : is it possible to monetize proxy site using this way?
    need some answer...

    thank you so much.

    Bah, DP images are not working :eek: but nonetheless, glad the problem got solved. There is nothing more irritating than seeing PSAs on your own site.

    First of all, this is not a reliable type of advertising, because you're not sure about the CPM rates.. And most of al, CPM is not the best way advertising your proxies. But you can always try this strategy out, and check results. But often traffic providers give bad quality traffic.

    @xternall
    everyone here say "using google adsense at homepage and adbrite ads at proxified page, get traffic to that you proxy"
    is that better way to monetize proxy?

    about quality traffic. i think bad quality traffic is not matter anymore here, because CPM work where someone see that advertised page. (CMIIW :D)

    so i think this is an alternative way to get money where school holiday come.

    the only problem is, find cheapest traffic provider and highest CPM rate. after that calculate ROI with traffic provider fee

    any thought guys?

    This is an exciting time for proxy owners... Check glype.com and you will see that glype 1.0 is less than a month from release. It is a complete rewrite of the script!

    Cool! I have been waiting to test that version. I'm sure many will like it as much as they like the current version.
    Glype rocks! but PHProxy is still my fav. :p
