(WTH) Looking to hire PSD to Wordpress from USA

    I have a PSD file I need coded to Wordpress. Must be valid and clean code with entries in code to explain what the code is. I just need that so I can make changes later. Not to steal your work. :p

    You must be from USA and you must have yahoo messenger and a USA phone number. No offense, but I have hired this out twice to out of the country people and it still has not been done.

    Payment by PayPal when job is complete.
