    I have a site built and online since 2000, it was actively updated and the last update was taken in 2004, then never touched it for 4 years untill today.
    There is no ADs all the time, I have just added several adsense for demo purpose today.

    The site is created as a dedicated fan site of a very famous Video Game made by ENIX (Japan), the site comes with premium .com domain which is exactly the Game's name.

    The site is still in year 2000 design style, all html files.

    Tons of custom made contents!
    Tons of custom designed and drawed images, gifs!
    Tons of custom created comics!
    Tons of custom dumped music resources.

    All copyrighted to this site only.

    The traffic is various, depends on the search volume. Alexa ranks changes between 40,000 - 120,000, and the existing Alexa rank is 45,391

    The site is deeply indexed by Google and Yahoo, it ranks Top 3 at Google when searching the game name.

    DMOZ, YAHOO Listed!

    Page Rank = 3

    I have no idea how much it worths today, but it's definitely a gem!

    Please note, there is no traffic and revenue details available, as it was hosted by a very old hosting service that has no any stats available for 8 years.

    I have just moved it to hostgator today. You can easily tell the value of the site when you have the url and search on Google, it's difficult to find 8 years old site in the market!
