Valid PR 3, fully indexed, more than 4 months old, traffic is about 100-200 unique visitor per day, most organic come from search engines, 80% US, has as well a number of feedburner subscribers that I will transfer to your account . some adsense revenue, get some times $0.50-$1.5 per day, some few earning was from CPA banners, and earned me approx $120 selling text link on it past months.. just didn't have time for it, website can do more and earn more..
