Now I don't know it that thing really works, since after checking different websites it always say the same thing. What do you guys think?

    hi guys,

I suggest you guys to put a google sitemap to your sites. That is one way to help you out to sandbox.
google will crawl and update your pages.

Still, the best thing to do is to continue pure white hat seo.

    need more advise pm me..

    Sandbox exist

I have several sites in there (uhh) and mainly due to link building issues.

So after you did your SEO due diligence, build links SLOWELY, but on a regular base. Not 100 links to day and 0 for the rest of the week. Add a few GOOD links each day, that's OK.

And no bad links please from banned sites like link farms etc., that will hurt you.

And as far as I know, once in the sandbox there is no secret to get out of it, just have your site SEO'd and continue to build links to it, one day it will come back

my site http://www.diecastanddecals.com was on top for over a year for all my search terms and doing very well and suddenly March 1 if fell off the face of the earth on google and has not come back.

I have tried placing sitemaps on it and even used simple text ones but google always rejects them saying they are defective. Even the ones used with site map builder tools come back this way so i am at my wits end on getting a sitemap on my site to help me get out of the sand box. Any suggestions?

    Thank you, Joe.

Look at your content titles. I started getting an invalid sitemap because one of my article titles had html markup for Trademark. Run your sitemap through an xml validator, search for "sitemap validator xml" and pick a validator.

As far as getting out of the sandbox, get quality links. That should pull you out.

Now, if you've incurred a Google penalty, you're out of luck. Fix whatever is wrong and ask for reinclusion through Webmaster tools.

I've heard of various ways to sabotage your competition, but I've never tried them. If a site can get sandboxed by a link from a "bad site", then in theory you could purposely make a site for the purpose of getting banned and then just point it at your competition to mess with their ranking...

The internet is like a game and not everyone plays by fair rules. Not even Google...
