Are you using channels on your ads so you know which ones are better performing?

Are you getting a good CTR from that leaderboard? The top right one has a nice placement. I would probably drop the leaderboard from the article pages, because focus will be on the content, ..so keep the top right one and have two 468X60 within the content. Anyway - do some A/B testing with different colors, that's the best advice. I'm surprised at the findings some times, you never really know what people like until you've tested.

is that 1000 unique visitor? what is your source of traffic? 1000 unique a day is a lot of traffic for a 2 weeks old blog for which i think yuor traffic cannot be organic.

You only have link units, that's the problem my friend.

Place some block ads at the top, bottom and sidebar. Your CTRs should go up after that.

This is another reason why you're not getting good CTRs from your AdSense. You do not have targeted traffic, you only have lots of curious visitors from social bookmarking sites. You should know that traffic from social bookmarking sites come around just for the heck of it. What's worst, they are AdSense-blind! :)

1.Move ur right hand add unit to left.
2.Under "Links" add link ads unit.
3.Under "Subscribes" add another link ads unit.
3.And you can use Search box.

(ppl dont always clicks link ads under the title.)

Good luck. If you like my suggestion then use it and let me know ur performance.

I would blend the colors of your top ad, i would change the link unit text to a different color.
