At the risk of sounding self-serving, I'll use my website's title as an example. It is "Pentecostal Bible Studies and Free Pentecostal Sermon Central". That is a keyword-rich title. Look at the multiple combinations of search terms in it:

    • Pentecostal
    • bible studies
    • free sermons
    • sermon central
    • Pentecostal sermons
    • free bible studies
    • and several more as you combine the words in various orders

The point is that in one title you can include multiple keyword phrases. That is what a "keyword-rich title" is.

Besides having your main keyword in your Title, it will help a lot in SERP if you use the same keyword in your domain... like http://www.financial-freedom-info.com for you keyword 'financial freedom'.

The key roll of putting your KW in the title is to to increase
your CTR (Click Through Rate), if more people will click to your site in
the SERP your relevance and rankings will improve.

As for having the KW in the domain name, it's very useful when you
build your backlinks to have some natural looking anchors with your site
address that conveniently contain your primary KW in them.
