    Zone Alarm is my favorite. It has pop ups that tell you if anyone is trying to connect to your machine. You then have the choice to deny them if you want.

    in my view nod32 is the bet anti-virus , because it's protect your pc against unknown virus and keylloger plus nod32 use a few of memory .
    but kaspersky, MCafee ,norton , avg , panda , virus keeper , pc cilling , f-secure are also good anti-virus .

    I use avg 8.0 tons of great features and it's free. Plus they update the virus definations every other day it seems. An anti virus is only as good as the people who keep it updated.

    You can also go with Avast with zonealarm. After readng this thread i have downloaded Avast (its free to use). Both working good for me (Avast and Zonealarm).
