Hi, I run a couple of blogs that are just starting out. One or two of them get about 60 - 100 people a day. Is this sufficient to sign up for adsense, or should I wait until the traffic builds up a little more? (not sufficient to make much money, just for getting accepted to adsense program) thanks Neil
There is no traffic requirement to be accepted for Google AdSense. With 100 visitors daily you can make 1-2 clicks if your ads will be well placed.
Surely more like 3~5% if you're using a customizable blog like blogger etc..? Well if the ads are well placed and blended anyway.
ok, thanks guys. I'd read a few posts at problogger.net saying you were better off with a certain amount of traffic for getting accepted, but I guess I'll just apply and see how it goes. thanks neil
I never thought about a minimum traffic. I had little traffic with my first site that had adsense and I still applied. It looks like it was OK since I was accepted.
I believe there is no minimum traffic required. Google approves your application base on your sites quality. Some said it is recommended to have at least 50 pages of quality content before applying.
I applied the day after setting up my blog. I only had two posts on it, and no traffic, but I was still accepted. It didn't even occur to me to think about traffic at the time (just as well, or I'd probably still be waiting )
imo you must have at least 500 uv daily on your websites to put adsense on them. Its not limited to one website only.
Google aims at the middle tier of the business and hence most site is accepted I do not see as they dont accept the site if you have a "complete" site up and running i.e. no "under construction page".
put adsense code on your blog. my site only averages 100 visitors per day but I earn $2-3 per day. It's all about placements.
Ditto. I don't think it matters how many visitors you receive, as long as your ads a nicely placed and you have quality content on your site, you can make a few $$$. Goodluck!
