4 Google adsense units?

Hello Friends..
google allows only 3 ad sense units On a single page??right??

But i have seen some forums having 4 adsense units hows that possible??

 

That's not possible. Give us the links and let us have a look.

 

I do believe you can have 3 units and a search box, but you should not have 4 ad units - that is against the TOS.

 

The Adsense TOS state you can have no more than 3 ad units on each page.

 

10 ads total.

3 ad units, 3 link units, 2 search boxes, 2 referrals.

if someone puts 4 ad unit code, only 3 will be displayed. but a site can have 3 ad units and one link unit which is 4 or any other combinaiton of ad units, link units, search box, referral ads

 

They can put it by using iFrame, but that will be against TOS.

 

i think he is right as i m seeing 3 ad blocks & 1 refferal ads..is it possible??

 

What about the search results page which has its own ads. Say if you use the maximum 3 adsense blocks within the template of your site and you also use the Google Search / Custom search engine - you get a lot more ads showing. I have seen this. Does anyone know if this is against the terms?

I think that is possible.. here is an example...

 

most likely their using different varaitons.. link units, search, etc.

 

Also possible to have more ad units if you're a premium publisher.

 

yeah i've heard of the premium publisher thing, i 2nd that.
