how would you rate godaddy.com free domain hosting

any thoughts or experiences using godaddy.com free hosting service
when you transfer or purchase a domain with them. Any issues getting
your site ranking high with yahoo or google?

any negitives or positives would be helpful

I tried using it on a domain I had, but it had the Google ads on the top and it said it was hosted free by GoDaddy. I didn't care for that so I didn't use it anymore.

 

I personally use GoDaddys free hosting with a few domains. I added a little code at the bottom of my .html pages so the ads dont show up when the site is being viewed. I do this to cut down on costs for potential sites that dont develop. Once they receive a fair amount of traffic it then will be paid hosting.

 

I have used Godaddy for years with differen domains and I never had any issu with them.

you can get free hosting with no ads , google "free hosting no ads"

 

I take my chances. I only use the free hosting for a limited amount of time before I actually pay for a host.

 

godaddy is quit good for domain rego, so so for hosting...
